Our goal is to ship all orders within
2-3 business days. But remember
this is a goal, not a guarantee.
And then Priority Mail
takes another five or so. Please
note, we cannot ship to PO Boxes
or international addresses. The
cost of shipping is based on the
total value of merchandise sent
to each address (see chart below).

slower… just let us know.

of stock and we will notify you
by email or phone.

Returns and exchanges
We hope that you totally love the
Imagineering stuff your purchased
from us. However, in the rare event
that you need to exchange or return
an item, all you have to do is
call us at 415-621-5393 or email
us at onlinesales@imagineeringstore.com.
You must contact us within 14 days
(or 13 nights) in order to obtain
a return authorization number and
return shipping instructions. Please
provide your Imagineering invoice
order number, located on the upper
right hand corner of your packing
slip. All items must be unused
and in the original packing. We
do not issue refunds. But we are
happy to replace, exchange or credit
an item. We apologize but shipping
charges are not refundable. And
just to be extra safe, you may
want to insure the items before
mailing. We need to receive the
item(s) in good condition before
we can issue an exchange or credit.
Gifts
Although we do believe our products
make great gifts, unfortunately
we are not able to provide any
gift boxes, wrapping or gift cards
at this time. However if you indicate
during checkout that it is a gift,
we will remove any indication of
price on your order.
